How far in advance should we book?
Most clients book 2–4 months ahead, and prime weekend dates can sell out earlier. If your event is sooner, still reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate you or suggest creative options.
How much space and power does the booth need?
We typically need a space of about 8' x 8' with a standard power outlet within 25 feet. If your venue is tight, let us know and we can recommend a more compact layout.
How long does setup and teardown take?
Setup usually takes 45–60 minutes, and teardown takes 30–45 minutes. We arrive early so the booth is fully ready before your scheduled start time.
Can we customize the prints with our logo or event theme?
Yes. We can add your logo, event name, colors, and more to the print template, start screen, and even the digital gallery. Corporate clients often use this for branded experiences.
Do you travel to our venue?
We serve a broad local area and often travel to surrounding cities and suburbs. Share your venue location in the quote form and we’ll confirm if travel fees apply (if any).
What happens if something goes wrong with the equipment?
Every booking includes a trained GOATEE attendant who monitors the booth the entire time. We bring backup gear and supplies so your experience keeps running smoothly.
